Shipping Information

Domestic US addresses
For domestic US shipments, UPS Ground is our primary
shipping method.
Depending on Size, Weight and Handling Characteristics of
products ordered, we may, at our discretion, elect to ship
via the US Postal Service.
From our location (NJ), UPS transit times range as follows:
(these are only expected transits, and are not guaranteed)
1-2 business days to Mid-Atlantic, New England and Central
States destinations.
3-4 business days to Southern, Midwest and Upper Plains
States.
5-6 business days to Southwest, West Coast, Northwest
destinations.
Allow sufficient travel time when ordering, for specific
project or event deadlines.
If necessary, expedited services
are available, as listed below.
Domestic

UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail - $7.00 Order total under
$100
UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail - $10.00 Order total
$100-$200
UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail - $15.00 Order total over
$200
Shipments to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and US
Territories are shipped via US Postal Service only, at the
same rates as above.
For shipments weighing over 8 pounds, actual charges will
apply.
COD and Premium Shipping service levels are only available
to Domestic US street addresses. Shipment is via UPS only.
Collect On Delivery (COD) Add $20.00 to above charges.
NO Checks for C.O.D. shipments...payment via Money Order
only.
NEXT DAY AIR Add $25.00 to above charges
2 DAY AIR Add $15.00 to above charges
3 DAY Expedited Add $10.00 to above charges
Expedited service fee's are estimated, based on a
shipment size/weight of approximately
2 pounds. Charges for shipments over 2 pounds will be
based on actual UPS
charges, which are calculated on Size of Carton as well as
Weight of Shipment.

Canadian and International
destinations
Credit Card orders can be placed via our website.
Orders with payment via International Money Order (payable
in US funds) must be mailed to us, with full payment
included.
These are the only payment methods we accept for Canadian
and International orders.

International
We only use US Postal Service for International orders.
USPS
offers two different service levels, depending upon transit
time desired:
Intl Express Mail Transit is typically 2-3 business days
to most countries.
Intl Priority Mail Transit between
5-10 business days.
(If not
otherwise specified, Intl Priority Mail is our 'standard' method of shipping
internationally.)
All service levels are based on weight (and size) of the
shipment, so we cannot quote actual shipping costs without
an order.
With Credit Card orders, we will initially charge US $50.00
on any size order to an international destination (other
than Canada).
When the order is ready to ship, and charges can be
accurately calculated, we will then charge any additional
costs (to equal actual),
or credit any overage. This charge/credit will appear as a
separate transaction on your credit card.
When payment is via International Money Order, the initial
US $ 50.00 S&H fee must be included.
Once the order is picked and packed, we will estimate the
cost (using US Postal Service website information).
If actual cost will be greater than S&H funds included with
the order, we will contact the Customer to advise.
The order will be held for shipment, until additional funds
are received.
If actual cost is less, we will issue a Grey Owl Credit
Voucher (for use against future orders), or include
additional product to compensate.
For all International Orders - Local Phone Numbers, Fax Numbers
and especially Email addresses should be included,
so we have a means to contact you in a timely manner, should
there be a question regarding your order.
