HORNED BONNETS AND HEADDRESSES All Grey Owl horned bonnet and headdress kits contain everything you need to create the items pictured, including detailed instructions and illustrations. SPECIAL NOTE - April, 2008: Due to serious, ongoing supply issues affecting the feather industry, availability of wing feathers used in all of the War Bonnet and Trailer Kits shown on this page is limited. (For more detailed information concerning color availability, go to "Feathers, Wing" page - ../feathers/wing.htm) We will keep you apprised of changes to this situation, as regularly as possible, and when new feather inventory arrives. Our apologies for this situation. Hopefully things will change for the better shortly. If you need to check on feather color availability for a specific headdress color scheme, please call - 800-487-2376 Due to circumstances beyond our control, a lack of Polished steer horn pairs in the market has forced us to change all Horned Headdresses (Kits and Readymade) to be constructed using RAW steer horns.
